My grandparents had a pool table in their basement "Rec Room." As a child, I was obsessed with all the saturated colors of the balls. Each one had its own personality-- they were like a cast of characters for me. And those smoky zig-zags!!! Everyone smoked. Good vibes in this work-- thank you, Peter!

Curious why you didn’t include the smoke in the reduction as it would have been one of the colors in the palette, no?

I could have use the light blue from the coats for the zigzags!

There is something so old timey about pool, I love how you bring that forward while still having a modern sound and interpretation of the painting!

Great stuff again! Pool was a big part of life for a bit as a teen. Don’t listen to people complaining about the volume of the bass and drums in your mix. I love the heavy grooves of your work!

Awesome beat, I love the little accident with the piano. That’s a great painting, too.
